However, here in Idaho, these sites to not have access to our sold data, so these Automated Value Modules (AVM's), will only get you so far in knowing your Home's true worth; and that "so far", may be significantly above or below your true Fair Market Value.

With 95% financed Buyers here in our valley, it's important to approach Fair Market Value, much like Appraisal value. And that almost always means having a professional see your home in person for a true value comparison to other similar Sold Homes in your area.
